I have invested a fair amount of money purchasing routes but I'm not a power user by any means, there are others that have a far greater stake in getting this problem resolved than me. Us unlucky ones must have something in common but it's proving impossible to work out what it can be, and believe me when I say that we have tried all of the usual remedies.
